Shipping Times
Within the US: Please allow 3-5 working days for standard items (and 5-7 working days for custom/personalized products) for us to prepare your kit prior to shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it approximately arrives within 10-15 business days. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks in total.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: All orders require 3-5 working days of preparation time for standard items (and 5-7 working days for custom/personalized products) before they are sent out. We estimate orders to arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of dispatch. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks in total.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
